We wish to thank Extension Impressions for the professional manner in which the construction of this project was undertaken. From the start of the construction process it was apparent that the job was well planned and scheduled. It was also great to see that we were constantly advised of the progress, and any issues that arose as part of the construction process were generally anticipated well in advance. We always hear horror stories of building projects that go wrong, or clients who are promised everything and get nothing. Our experience has been quite the opposite, and the final product is everything we wanted and were hoping to create. The amount of compliments we have received by neighbours / friends / families is truly overwhelming and a testament to Extention Impressions workmanship and management. We even moved in before christmas which was our aim. Our sincere thanks to the team who were always pleasant and more than willing to help when required. Joy and I would like to thank you personally for the effort you put into the renovation / extension of our home. We found that wanting to renovate and extend a mud brick house would send most builders running for cover. We approached a number of builders who were interested until they found out about the mud bricks. Others came and looked at our house and decided it was all too hard. The can do attitude we found with Extension Impressions was a refreshing change. When construction began we were pleased to find that you kept us informed of the day to day happenings on the site. We were spending, for us, a lot of money and needed the comfort of knowing that our house was in good hands. The renovations / extension touched every part of the house and the best laid plans needed to be changed as we went along and we appreciated the effort you would put into the little things that mean so much.
